Paul has been actively trapping since he was 9 years old and has been recognized internationally as a canine expert. He was recently highlighted in Tom Miranda’s “Master Trappers” book which honours the influential trappers of North America. Paul has made his living as a fur harvester in the remote wilderness of British Columbia and does wildlife damage control in Urban settings. Paul is also a wildlife specialist for the BC Cattlemens Association during the summer months. He is actually so good at what he does that this was the most difficult DVD he has produced because he had to simplify trapping techniques for the person who is just beginning their trapping adventures.

In this DVD you will learn how to use professional fur harvesting techniques and materials to capture birds, fish, squirrels, rabbits and bigger game in a survival situation. You will also learn how to find these materials and build a survival snare from common household materials and from a wrecked airplane. Paul takes you out into the field onto his registered trapping area to teach these survival techniques.
